I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the buffet breakfast was good, and the wifi was excellent. However, my room had limited natural light and average ventilation at best.

My room was comfortable, clean, and had good lighting. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and appreciated the 2 USB charging outlets. The bottled water provided daily was a nice touch, and I always had ample hot water and fresh towels.

The service was a bit of a letdown. While some aspects were terrific, there was no reason given when my room allotment was changed upon check-in. The bathroom felt cramped, and the staff was not very friendly.

The location was very convenient for exploring Merida, close to the cathedral but away from noisy areas. However, some maintenance is needed to maintain their image.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to Plaza Grande and within walking distance of the main square with a lot of activities. The rooms, although small, were clean and ideal for one person rather than three. The service was attentive and helpful, but some staff members were not very cooperative. Dining offered a good variety of options but tended to be somewhat pricey. Overall, a great location with minor room size concerns.
